What are the differences between trial version and full version?

To answer this question, I should get you a clear explanation about trial version and full version.

Trial version: To help our customers have a better understanding about our products, we provide users trial version for each program. There are no functional differences between trial version and full version, but users have a three minutes’ limitation on ripping, converting or copying their files.

Full version: Full version, also called paid version, is different from trial version. Only registered users can use full version. And there is not any time limitation with full version. More over, with full version, users can get lifelong upgrading for free, no more charge.

It can be easily deduced the differences between trial version and full version from above information:

☆Trial version has a 3-minute limitation on converting, but full version don’t.
☆Every user can use trial version, but only registered users can use full version.
☆With full version, registered users are entitled to upgrade their programs to latest version without any charge.

Payment and order questions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard/Euro Card, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, JCB, and check cards or ATM cards, so long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We also accept PayPal (USD Only), Bank/Wire Transfer, Check/Money Order, Fax - Credit Card, Invoice, and Purchase Order.

What currency do you accept?

We accept currencies like USD, AUD, EUR, HKD, and so on.

Can I order without a credit card?

Apart from Credit Cards, we accept Checks, PayPal, Money Orders and Wire Transfers. If you choose to pay by Check, Money Order or Wire Transfer, select the appropriate payment method on the payment page, and directions will be provided to you after you have fully submitted your order.

How long will it take to receive registration key codes after payment?

You'll receive a confirmation email when the order goes through and our system will automatically send the registration info to your email address once your order has been validated. If you did not receive it within 30 minutes, perhaps it has been tagged as a SPAM or it's because of the delay of Internet or system glitches.

How to check the status of my order?

If you have not received registration e-mail in time, please first check if your order has been processed at http://www.regnow.com/order_lookup.html Please don’t repurchase the program before checking the order status.

Will you send an invoice to me?

You'll receive a receipt from the payment platform when your order goes through. If you need invoice, you can contact—Regnow http://www.regnow.com/faq.html for it.

Is it safe to purchase product via your website?

Yes. You can install the software on both your laptop and desktop, the register name and code we send to you is always effective, even for the upgraded version.

What if I have questions with the program?

You can download the free trial version of the program to see whether it works for you. Of course, you can also contact us for help if you don't know which program(s) you need. We'll offer you best suggestion and make sure that you get what you need.
